For best results, it is recommended to relax in the bath for about 30 to 60 minutes, using hot water that will open up your pores, soften & soothe your skin and relax your mind.Our recommendation is to add 3-5 tablespoons of soak to the running hot water to help dissolve quicker all the salts and oils into your bath.
For foot or hand bath, use less amount, 1-2 tablespoons of Soak would be enough to pamper your hands or feet.
